Greg Schaefer is the founder and president of TMS Management Group, a company built on the belief that exceptional mental health care starts with operational excellence. With more than five years of experience in the TMS space, Greg brings a rare combination of clinical insight, business acumen, and genuine compassion to every partnership.

Prior to launching TMS Management Group, Greg successfully managed two mental health practices from his home office, gaining first-hand experience with the logistical challenges that clinics face daily - from staffing and scheduling to billing and patient onboarding. He understands the pressure clinic owners are under because he’s lived it.

Greg’s mission is simple: to help psychiatric clinics run smoother, serve better, and grow stronger. His approach combines turnkey staffing solutions, robust insurance and prior authorization management, and digital marketing strategies that consistently deliver qualified leads and above-average conversion rates.

One of Greg’s standout traits is his ability to identify and resolve weak points in a clinic’s operations. Whether it’s replacing an underperforming TMS technician, reworking internal referral workflows, or managing prior authorizations with a 90%+ success rate, Greg ensures no opportunity is missed to improve patient access or streamline care delivery.

Away from work, Greg remains committed to learning, building relationships, and helping others succeed. His leadership style reflects a hands-on, humble, and results-driven attitude, something clients consistently appreciate.

Christie Poiles is a certified speech-language pathologist with over 15 years of experience assessing and treating patients with complex neurocognitive disorders. Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, brain tumors, and neurodegenerative diseases.

Christie brings a thoughtful, patient-centered lens to her work, with a deep understanding of how brain-based therapies can improve function and quality of life.

Inspired by her father's mission to expand access to effective, evidence-based treatments, Christie chose to join TMS Management Group as a clinical advisor - supporting the organization’s vision to help more patients live fuller, healthier lives through TMS.
